Wall Hung Toilets

A wall hung toilet is fixed to a hidden frame in the wall, leaving the floor clear underneath. It makes a small bathroom look bigger and is the easiest toilet to clean around.

How much is a wall hung toilet?

Our wall hung toilets cost from £240 for the Kirra to £840 for the Imperial Carlyon. Prices are for the toilet pan and seat. A wall hung toilet also needs a concealed frame with cistern and a flush plate, which are sold separately.

What do you need for a wall hung toilet?

  • The toilet pan and seat. The pan bolts to the frame and sits clear of the floor.
  • A concealed frame with cistern. The frame is fixed to the floor and wall and hidden behind a stud wall, boxing or furniture. It carries the weight of the toilet and the person using it.
  • A flush plate. The push buttons on the wall, which also give access to the cistern for servicing.

Ask us which frame and flush plate suit your room and toilet, and we can include them in your quote.

Modern or traditional?

  • The Kirra, £240, has a sculpted modern shape, a 6/3 litre dual flush and a soft-close, quick-release seat.
  • The Lucca Round, £309, has a rimless pan with no rim for dirt to collect under, so it is quicker to clean. It is also dual flush with a soft-close, quick-release seat.
  • The Imperial Carlyon, from £770, brings a period shape to a wall hung toilet, with an oval soft-close seat in a choice of finishes.

Which wall hung toilet suits a small bathroom?

Check the projection, the distance the pan sticks out from the wall. The Carlyon projects 550mm. Remember that the boxing in front of the frame also takes some depth, so measure from where the finished wall will be.

Are wall hung toilets strong enough?

Yes, when fitted to a proper frame. The frame takes the load, not the wall tiles. Read our wall hung toilets guide for more on frames, heights and fitting, or compare back to wall toilets and close coupled toilets.

Can I see the toilets before I order?

Yes. Book a free one-to-one consultation through our contact page or visit our Birmingham showroom at 32 Manor Park Rd, B36 0DJ, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
